Dining Room
Adjoining the kitchen is an impressive dining room with a large oak table and chairs that will seat 12 comfortably.

Sitting Room
With modern decor, TV and L shaped sofa this is a very pleasant room from where you can relax in style.

Break out Area
In between the dining room and lounge area is a beautiful break out area with sofa, chairs and breathtaking views of the Yorkshire dales from the large barn door window.

Up the stairs to the first floor and across the glass balcony to a beautiful continental super king size double with en-suite (bath, basin, WC and shower) & Plasma TV.The ultimate in luxury.

Bedroom Two Family Room
First floor family room with 2 single beds leading to 2nd floor gallery landing with sofa bed & en-suite (shower, basin, WC).

 
Bedroom Three
Beautiful super king size double that can be split into a twin room by prior arrangement. En-suite, with walk in Shower, Basin and Toilet using the finest Yorkshire slate.

Bedroom Four
First floor single room with the added benefit of a pull out stacker bed that is extremely comfortable. En-suite with bath, basin and WC.

Bedroom Five (Annex Bedroom)
Through the ground floor second sitting room and up a glass and stainless steel staircase to a beautiful first floor continental super king size with en-suite (bath, basin, WC) & LCD TV.

Bedroom Six
First floor adjoining the master bedroom ideal as a child’s room where privacy and a good night’s sleep are essential.

Beautiful landscaped gardens, adequate parking in the grounds, bar bq and sitting area along with a beautiful under cover heated hot tub complete with raised decking, mood lighting and CD player to ensure complete relaxation.
